Hair Loss, Sudden Urge To Have Bowel Movement. Having Low Tsh Level. What Kind Of Natural Remedies Or Supplements Will Help?
Hello, I was wonder what natural remidies or supplements can I take for a low/normal tsh level. I feel symptoms I am experiencing are due to a decrease in my low but normal tsh level not being at what it may of been when I was younger. My symptoms are hairloss and sudden urge upon awakening to have a bowel movement.

imbalance to thyroid hormone is the cause behind your hair loss , but you have not clarify weather your TSH level is low or normal ???
if it is normal then it is right but if it is low you need to go for Free T4 And free T3 as well
might be due to Hyperthyroidism
and urge for evacuation upon awakening is normal

1. natural supplements for low/normal TSH levels are: iodine (sea food),jal kumbhi, iodised salt, and avoid calcium,cabbage,soya bean,mustard oil,kale.
2. regarding hair loss, it could be due to under active thyroid, or because of dandruff,oily hairs,taking excess of Vitamin A in diet, or any fungal infection of the scalp.
3. check with a trichologist/endocrinologist for the said symptom of hair loss.
4. sudden urge to defecate after awakening is completely normal phenomenon unless your treating physician thinks of something else.
