Hair Loss, Take Good Diet, Multivitamins, Vitamin B, Occasionally Deprived Of Sleep. What Should Be Done?
Lately, I ve been starting to shed a lot of hair. When I m just laying on my bed, I can find over 20 strands all around me. When I m also in the shower, huge wads fall out. My diet consists of veggies, fruits, poultry, and seafood. I do not eat red meat or any dairy products really. I am a nursing student, so I do not get a lot of sleep at times. I take multivitamins and vitamin B complex daily. I do exercise 2-3 times a week.
Hello.It would be helpful if you could consult a physician to check for medical problems causing hair fall.Anemia,hypothyroidism,chronic stress disorders are some of them.Once these are controlled,hair fall will automatically stop.

loosing of hairs 20 strands per day are common.,
Hair loss mainly due to Nutritional deficiency..,
So take good nutrition, topical Minoxidil lotion..,
Oral Biotin 10 mg daily will give good result
