Hairless Skin Around Face, Ears, Have Tiny, Itchy, Painful, Dry Pimples That Keep Spreading. What Can Be Done?

Well, how can I say no, to THAT!! I have had this problem for over 2 years and NO dermatologist could say anything about it except that it is caused by stress!! I have like a halo of totally hairless skin around my face, and over both ears, I have tiny, itchy, painful, dry pimples that keep spreading. I m losing hair on the sides of my face (around my ears) but facial hair is growing on my face at great speed, too. Also, I have unsightly pigmentation that refuses to disappear, even though I use sunblock. I am 50, and I have had many blood tests to check my thyroid , but results came out fine, every time... PLEASE help.

You might be suffering from a condition called as alopecia aerata.
It manifests with patchy loss of hair.
You might need treatment with injectable steroids.
