Hallo Dr. I Am Suffuring From AS Since Last 5

Hallo dr. I am suffuring from AS since last 5 months . Initially I was taking saaz-ds 500 twice a day. And methoxytrate 15 mg once after 3 days for 45 days . Then 4 steriod inj depomendrol 80 mg (two in each knee after drowing fluid infrom both knees within a week.) and 3x inj on hips in gap of week. Know i was taking saaz 1g twice a day and zempred 24 mg twice a day. But due to sever pain dr advised to take inj infimeb 200 mg and I have it on 18 jun .after two days I am feeling pain on both knees could not move without support of walker. I would like to know should I continue sazz 1000 and zempred 8 mg(3× pills twicea day). Pl adv. Or any thing else.
