Hand Injury, Damaged Lungs, Blood Clot In Head, Crucial Respiration, Shivering, Weakness. What Can Help

In 2011 October My mother 69 years old occured an accident . In the accident her right buttucks and right hand broken and lungs damaged ..In scanning the doctor ffound that a blood coating in left side of the head. Before the accident she had slight rumatic problem. Her operation for the buttucks was complicated and the doctor"s two times attempt became success..After the treatment her respiratory became crucial . and she still continuing the medicine She using astaline, derephylline ,for respiratory problems and aspirin for blood coating,
Sir now she facing a cever problem 3 months before suddenly her lips went to the opposite side and saliva came from the mouth and head shivered to the right and the process extended to 5 minutes. After that she was in a weak condition. Next month in the same day again it happend . . Yesterday in the morning 2 am she was waiting for a sleep suddenly I woke up hearing the sneezing sound.. I am first witnessing this situation her head turning to the right side and saliva coming with a sound. . and I feared. Because ther was no one in the house without me. what can I do for solve this problems. Is any home care. Is this occured continuous consumption of medicine
my mother is not ready to stop the medicine becuase she fearing breathing problems. I f she walk 10 steps forward breathing problems occurs. Please Please help me doctor.
