Hands And Legs Shaking, Feeling Dizzy, Stomach Sick. Why I Am Shaking?

So about an hour and half to 2 hours ago I began to feel shakes in my hands and legs and felt dizzy. For the past 3 days I've felt sick to my stomach all day. I had only Eatten Chinese today for lunch around 1. I figured I was hungry so I ate a PB&J sandwich and drank a cup of tea with sugar to see if it would raise my sugar level because I thought it was low. Now I'm still shaking after Eatting 15 minutes ago I'm still dizzy and still feel like I'm gunna get sick! What's going on? I feel like I'm dying! I'm a 14 year old female at a friends house also took some Advil (gel capsule).
