Hard Breasts, Painful When Pressed, Itchy Before Periods. Suggestions?

I HAVE HARD BREASTS ,specialy frm the inner outer line and they are painful when i press them,its difficult for me to lay on my stomach, as i feel painful rocks in my both breasts,they become very itchy and very painful before my periods,t has passed since a long time of 15,16 years of all these symtopms. please suggest and diagnose me something accurate.thanks

Hello
You need to be examined by a doctor. First thing to rule out is breast lump. If no lump is found its possible this is a severe case of fibroadenosis. That basically lumpy breasts due to fatty tissue. Get a ultrasound of the breast.
