Hard Bump Inside Right Nostril, Little Sore. Should I Meet A Doctor?

Yesterday I felt a hard bump inside my right nostril in the corner. I have been pressing on it today and it is a little sore. Should I be concerned and will it go away? I would like to know if I should make an appt. or wait and see if it goes away by itself. If it does not go away maybe in a couple of weeks try to make an appt. I hope this is not dangerous and is something really bad.

Hi and thanks for the query.

Your plan sounds good. I agree with you entirely on it. It may go away or not depending on the cause. For now, monitor.
Also, please stop pressing on it as it may interfere with recovery or promote an infection. if any concerning symptoms should come up, get them addressed right away.

Hope you find this helpful and informative. If you have ore questions, we'v got answers. Keep them coming.
I wish you the best of health.
