Hard Bump On The Bridge Of Nose Next To Eye, Severe Pain When Pressed. Possible Sinus Infection Or Cyst?

Hi, I have a bump/lump on the bridge of my nose right next to my eye on the side of the middle of my nose, it s painful expecially when pressed on, and it feels hard when pressed on. I don t know if it s a huge zit or if it is some kind of sinus infection or cyst or what not but I really want to figure it out without trying to wait it out.

Hi.Thanks for writing on HCM.
Lump on the nasal bridge can be a simple cyst.Do not press/puncture it.This is rarely due to sinus infection.If its painful then it might be infected.It can be excised under local anesthesia.I suggest to meet a surgeon.Nothing to worry.Hope this helps.
