I have 3 hard bumps behind my front lower teeth, if I lay my tongue flat on the bottom of my mouth it's touching the end of my tongue, one is bigger and there's two smaller ones. I have another smaller one at the left side below my teeth that's also hard, they all can move around and it slightly hurts when I do, please help

Hello,
As you are mentioning that there are 3 bumps behind your front lower teeth, there can be three possibilities
-first it can be possible that these are normal salivary gland opening which is present there, and you have noticed it now.
-second it can be possible that your front teeth are infected and now the infection is spreading in the apical region and forming pus because of which there is swelling.
-third possibility is that there must be some salivary gland infection which has appeared like this.
According to me you should visit a good dentist and get it examined completely with an x-ray which will give you the diagnosis and help to solve the problem.
Hope it will help you.
