Hard Lump Has Formed After Wisdom Tooth Removal And Still Paining. Should I Be Worried?

I went to get my 2 wisdom teeth pulled out 4 to 5 days ago and im still in pain ( on my left side ) . But where i got them tooken out it doesnt look infected or anything but there is a Hard lump beside it... I need to know what to do & i dont want it to be there for 2 or 3 months or if i should be worried .

You have mentioned that you have undergone extraction and now you feel you have still hard lump dont worry it can be bony spicule in socket ,that you feel as lump , treatment is alveoloplasty for this , visit dentist if you feel you have problem,
