Hard Lump In Nostril, No Pain But Visible

Hi

I have been boxing for years and I have somewhat developed a small hard pea size lump in my left nostril. In turn my left hand side of my nose looks its "dented" and that it has fallen in forming this pea sized lump.

I've had this lump for the best part of 4/5 years now.

I have no pain what so ever which is good.

I'm getting conscious of it now as alot of people would ask me if I am a boxer. As is very visible.

Can you please help me with my query?
Many Thanks
Declan.
