Hard Lump, Increasing In Size Above Breast. No Pain. How To Treat It?

I have had a hard lump that feels like bone or a hard mass and I noticed it last year and my doctor said not to worry so I kinda forgot about it and the past two days I can feel and even see the mass has increased in size and can tell the difference from one side above the breast to the other! The mass is above my left breast and right below my collar bone! The thing that's weird is I have no pain but it seems to grow in size! I am starting to get very concerned please give me some answers and what I should do

Thanks
