Hard Lump On Roof Of Mouth, Neck Swollen, Pain In Shoulders. What Could Be The Cause?
i have a hard lump on the roof of my mouth close to the soft tissue and left side of my neck seems swollen. i also have pain in my shoulders. my dentist told me it was just my bone. i am 47 years old and have not had this bone before? i dont think i would start growing one now. i was having bad bacteria (white tongue ) before the neck started swelling be that has seemed to subside.
Any swelling must be examined by as surgeon / especially here, a combination in mouth and neck.
There are specialists in head & Neck surgery (Plastic surgeons) - who must scrutinise to exclude any dangerous diseases.
