Hello.
Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
The hard lump in the groin is most likely to be a swollen lymph node. It needs to be examined and a fine needle biopsy will help to make the diagnosis. do not delay and meet your physician.
Hi
Welcome to healthcare magic forum
The description suggests it is a LYMPHNODE. Lymphnodes become swollen in the presence of an infection in the surrounding area or sometimes due to a systemic illness (hodgkins disease, tuberculosis, etc).
Sometimes groin swelling is due to femoral hernia as well.
Please see a physician and get this examined. Do the investigations advised to you and TakeCare.
