To me, it looks like a complicated . It starts when hair follicles are damaged by rubing from clothing, blockage of the follicle, or shaving. Most of the time, the damaged follicles become infected with
Staphylococcus (staph) bacteria. Common symptoms include a
rash, itching, and
pimples or pustules near a hair follicle in the neck, groin, or genital area.
It is not
STD.
Since there is already a skin bridge due to follicular hair infection, it can complicate to form a typical
abscess such as the one you are actually presenting.
All you will require is an effective anti-staph antibiotics to cure the infection and if abscess collective can be drained at home or in the hospital (better still int he hospital so as to maintain good aseptic condition during draining).
You will need to go to a hospital for proper care.
