Hard, Pink, Raised Lump Near Bellybutton With Shooting Pain Above The Bellybutton When Put Pressure. No Itching. Opinion?
Hi, I have a slightly bigger than pea sized lump to the right of my bellybutton. The lump itself is hard, pink and raised with pink skin around it. There is no 'head' on it and does not feel like a whitehead or blackhead. It is not itchy and the skin is not dry. If I apply pressure on it I get a shooting pain above my bellybutton. This is the only time it's uncomfortable but it is causing me concern. Do you have any idea as to the cause of this? Thank you.
Hi, From history it seems that you might be having small Lipoma or having small Umbilical hernia. Consult surgeon, by physical examination he will have clear idea regarding your problem. Avoid constipation. Ok and take care.
