Hard To Breathe. Hack, Bring Up Black Spots In My Mucus. Do Smoke. Suggestions?
Hi, I was wondering why it's so hard for me to breathe, like breathing out doesnt bother me it's getting a good breathe in that I have a problem with? I also hack and and bring up black spots in my mucus about 50 to 80 times a day and that's low balling the number cuz I've never actually counted, I do smoke cigarettes but Im 19 and have only smoked for 7 years, (about 15 cigarettes a day) but I know 60 year olds who have smoked for 35, 40 years and don't have this problem, I need advice please.
Hi, smoking or any addiction will cause bad effects depending upon his general health, and resistance. You must be having low resistance anemia, etc, that is why you are effected so bad with the lung infection, and breathless ness. So stop betraying by your self, by comparing with other people. I advise you to consult a chest physician for diagnosis and treatment and obay his advise. Thank you.
