hard to swallow, red patch with lump back of tongue left side, feeling very tired, low temperature but feel under weather, had tooth infection twice in last month and dentist could not remove so waiting general in hospital (not sure if that would have anything to do with current conditions although tooth is on the right side)

hi.. thanks for using HCM.. you have acute tonsillitis..and also probably dental infection.. together it will cause fever and other symptoms.. see your ENT surgeon for the examination, throat swab culture and sensitivity.. you may need antibiotics, analgesics, together do salt water gargling and steam inhalation.. meanwhile get your infected tooth removal so that you will have antibiotics coverage for it also.. later start with multivitamins.. all the very best..
sinuses and teeth share same nerve and if there is sinus infections the fluid of sinuses falls in back of throat causing the problems and infected sinus has symptomps like you wrote start with antibiotics analgesics anti allergics and local triamsolone over tongue
