Has A History Of Congestive Heart Failure, Stroke, Heart Attack. Is PT Mandatory In Treating This Condition?

Hi Dr Grief, wanted to know if PT is mandatory in treating this condition? My grandmother is currently hospitalized and has a history of congestive heart failure, stroke, and heart attack and we were wondering if this would be more hazardous or beneficial to her health...... thanks
