Hello
Welcome to healthcare magic forum
Thank you for your query.
I understand your query regarding your father skin problem.
He has diabetes and in it skin has been affected.
It is not a serious problem to worry ,but not to avoid.
It is just beginning,it may spread also.
Avoid stress, smoking and sunlight will help him.
Mometasone is good cream and to be applied at night.
Sun screen application before going outside is also good.
You should not just leave it as it is.
Cream application is safer .
I hope I answered your query.
Wish him speedy recovery.
Regards.
