Has Cannula That Goes Into Nose. Have Complaints Of Sinuses Dripping Constantly Into Back Of Throat
My mother is on an air concentrater in our home. she has the cannula that goes into the nose and she is on this all day, every day. she complains of her sinuses dripping constantly into the back of her throat. is this due to being on the concentrater with no break at all or something else maybe. I have tried her on claritin indoor/outdoor allergy medicines but they give her no relief either.

Hello,
She has cannula in nose? is she ill?
You can use normal saline nasal sprays for nasal wash in nose , this nasal wash will help in cleaning the nose . As you said you have used allergic medicines already then you can add the nasal sprays.
If possible you can get done CT scan of nose and paranasal sinuses to see for the extent of disease and then further treatment can be planned .
