Has High BP In Morning. Had CABG Done. On BP Medication. Anything To Be Concerned?

Hi, my father has high BP in the morning (160/80). After 30 minute walk on a treadmill, the BP comes down to 130/80. He has had a CABG two years ago. He is taking BP medication and his BP has been averaging 135/80 until recently when he measured his BP in the morning and noticed that it was high. Should he be concerned about this?

If its one off event there is no need to be concerned. But if its reccurent there might need for change of medicines. Also the fall in BP on treadmill did it happen during exercise or after exercise, if it occured during exercise its not good sign and needs work up.
