hi im concerened for my friend, shes 28 has high blooed pressure(medicated) she aout 290 lbs, recently within the past couple of months shes been waking up with either swollen feet or swollen tingling arms. thes alomost positive its due to pinched nerves in her back, I think its a heart condition that can lead to a heart attack .also she suffers with sleep apnea and anxiety,, what can this be
