Has Low BP And Took Aspirin. Almost Passed Out And Felt Heaviness. Further?

My coworker has low blood pressure and took aspirin.

This may or may not be unrelated, but about 20 minutes ago she almost passed out, made it to a chair and then laid down and isn't able to get up. she says she feels like her body weighs a ton (she's 115 max).

Her husband is on his way, but what should he do? What should WE do?

Cardiologist 's  Response
Dear Ma'm
1. It is unlikely to be related to aspirin intake and may be related to the cause of her low blood pressure.
2. Do not let her stand. Make her recumbent and take her to ER as soon as possible.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder
