Have 3 Rings In Chest. Not Itchy. Should I Be Worried?

I have 3 red rings on my chest . I was thinking ring worm because they are rings. But after looking at pics I am starting to think not. They don t itch or bother me. They are just there. I had one about a year ago then I got another one about a month ago. The biggest one is about the size of a dime. I don t have insurance so I can t go to the doctor. Should I be worried?

It could be tinea corporis with out itching or rare condition like granuloma annulare. Please describe your lesion ? How's its border like beads are seen on stretching it?
