Have FISTULA Problem In Anal, Severe Pain. What Can I Do?
I have a FISTULA problem, in the anal, I was told there is a tare in, its far you cant see it. I m in so much pain I afraid to go to the bathroom. It so bad I m sweating, shakeing, crying. the cream it s working I was told to give it 3 weeks to heal on its own. This is to much pain to deal with. what can I do?

Hi, I had gone through your query and understand your concerns.
Yes u r symptomatic and there is a problem to treat .I think u will be already taking stool softener syrup/tab which will relive much of u r pain if not u can start on duphalac syrup (Lactulose solution) twice a day .But kindly consult a gastroenterologist (specialist in gastrointestinal disease ) for early intervention and treatment .All the best
