Hi and welcome to HCM

Squeezing/ tightness in your arm seems to be due muscle spasm.
Taking mild pain killers and muscle relaxants will bring a short term relief. Regular stretching exercise will be helpful. Doing hot fomatation and applying muscle relaxant gel will be helpful.

I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query.

Take care.
