Have HTN After Birth, On Nifedipine 30mg, Baby Hair Shedding, Refusing To Suck Nipple. Suggestion?

Hello@ My daughter started to experience HTN right after the delivery of her baby and was placed on 30mg nifedipine bid. it's been three months and recently she noticed the baby's hair shedding. Any advice. I should inform you that she has made several attempts to feed with formula but the little girl is adamantly refusing to suck the nipple despite trying several types and shapes.

Thank you for choosing Healthcaremagic. Your daughter needs regular Blood pressure examined, then according to the BP the Nifedipine tablets can be tapered. Regarding the baby might be having NIPPLE CONFUSION.
