Have MRI Result. Can Any Online Doctor Help Me To Read It?

Right sided protrusion and ostephyte with impingement seen at the c6-c7 level. 24 yo male.
MRI Results: right sided disc protrusion and osteophyte seen, with severe impingement of ventral includes, and encroachment of the foramen. Associates facet arthritis seen at this level on the right. No direct cord impingement.

What exactly does all of this mean and what is the usual course of treatment?

Shows disc prolapse and osteo arthritic changes in cervical spine.This probably needs decompression or removal of disc to prevent compression on spinal cord which can lead to weakness/ paresis in limbs with radicular pains
