General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Pemphigus vulgaris is an autoimmune disorder with severe skin blistering.
These blisters rarely cause itching but are painful.
This disease is fatal if not treated.
It can be treated well with corticosteroids and mmunosuppressants, although it tends to run a chronic course.
Just don't worry and get the treatment from a experienced dermatologist.
Thanks
