Have Sjogren's Syndrome. Will Baby Be Affected By It?

I have shogrens syndrome, I am a 42 year old man. My 18 year old daughter, that still lives with my wife & I, just found out she is pregnant. The medical field has found out if you have this syndrome, & become pregnant, it can't have bad effects on baby. My daughter doesn't have it, can it affect the baby at all, from her being around me everyday?
