Have A Blister, Burning Sensation. Done Mastectomy, Lifted Breast. Used Vinegar Soaked Towels. Is It Seroma?

On Tuesday, I had day surgery for permanent implant (following mastectomy in May) and to reduce and lift the other breast for symmetry. The side that was reduced/lifted appears to be burned (and there is one very large blister with what appears to be yellow fluid within) and several smaller ones (other areas are just red but not blistered. I believe that is called "seroma," but I have not looked it up further on the internet. I will call my doctor tomorrow, but during the meantime, I have eased the really bad pain (and I have high threshhold) with vinegar-soaked soft Viva paper towels (stings like everything, but then, ahhhh... it gives much pain relief. Should I be worried and seek minor emergy or ER tonight? THANKS
