Have A Blister On The Heel Which Is Painful

Hello! Just today I had a pain in a spot on my heel, and I noticed a blister. It's really puffy with blue underneath it. It hurts to walk where any pressure makes it even worse. I'm not sure if I should pop it because it's really big, an it's starting to hurt even when I sit. Any adice would be great thanks!

Hi

You seem to have developed a hemorrhagic blister over the feet.
Now this is basically a trauma induced skin blister which is very common over the feet.
You should not touch the affected area.
Just let it settle on its own.
Wear soft canvas shoes so as to prevent any further trauma to the area.
You can take oral vitamin c supplements so as to speed up the healing process .
In case the lesion still tends to persist or increase ,then you might have to see a local doctor .
