Have A Brown Discharge With Bad Smell. Suggest Remedy

Hi! I need help. i am 21 in age. I have a brown discharge which smells realy bad and i have to a number of clinics and was told that i have an STD and they gave me antibiotics but they dont seem to work. It has been over a year now and my current boyfriend said that he cant stand the smell anymore. I also have sores in my vagina.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
A high vaginal swab is required to isolate the infectious agent causing the symptoms of brown discharge and sores in vagina.
The cause of these symptoms is an infection possibly bacterial infection.
The infectious agent could be resistant to the usual antibiotics prescribed to you.
Thus, culture and drug susceptibility are required to treat the infection.
