ENT Specialist 's  Response
hello
It is possibly granular pharyngitis you are suffering from . This occurs because of chronic irritation by either a infection dripping down the throat like from sinuses or infected tonsils or can be because of Acid reflux from stomach. As you mentioned you have sinus problem it can be the reason.get a ENT consultation done ,probably they will ask for a CT scan of nose and paranasal sinuses and then plan further management accordingly.
