Have A Lump Like Appearance In The Lower Side Of The Abdomen

I had my gallbladder removed 2months ago and have had no problems from that side/surgical sites. However, about 3 weeks ago I noticed a bruised feeling on the opposite lower side of the abdomen and when pushed feels like a hard lump. It's still there and its worse if pressed. Any ideas?

Hi.
This may not be related to the previous surgery.
The probable reason can be a fecolith, a mass, colitis or a lump worth diagnosis , may be a mass which needs urgent attention. Or simply be a hernia.

Please go for a clinical diagnosis by a consultation with a Surgeon, Urgent CT abdomen, colonoscopy...
