Have A Lump Near The Cervix. Had Cancerous Cell Removed Earlier. Had Sex Also. What Does These Symptoms Lead To?

My period is over two weeks late and I've just discovered a large lump near my cervix. I had a Pap smear in January and also had pre-cancerous cells removed last year. I last had sex the day my last period started, so I don't think I could be pregnant but I'm really worried about the lump. Is there a common cause of these symptoms?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The presence of a lump on the cervix is a worrisome finding. It could be due to a benign swelling like nabothian cyst or a malignant change. A direct examination and investigations are needed for diagnosis.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
