Have A Lump Under Nipples. Not Hurting. It Moves Under The Nipple. A Faint Red Siecle Seen. Should I Be Worried About The Findings?

Hi I'm 15 years old and I have a flat circle lump under both of my nipples it does not hurt but I have found a noter fatty lump that I can move under my left nipple but to the side a bit this also doesn't hurt . A couple of days ago I looked in the mirror to find a very faint and I mean very faint almost red siècle at first glance I couldn't see it but if you look close you can see it. Is this normal or should I see a DOC.

Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
Presence of circular painless, mobile lumps under the nipples are suggestive of benign tumor of the breast most probably fibroadenoma.
You need to consult your doctor for clinical examination and investigations.
An aspiration cytology of the lumps needs to be done.
In this investigation, cellular material is aspirated from the lump with the help of a needle.
The aspirated cells are aspirated, spread on glass slide and stained.
The cells are viewed under the microscope.
On the basis of cytological features the lesion is categorized as benign or malignant.

Thanks and take care
