Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. Mild left atrial enlargement, mild left ventricular hypertrophy, Low left ventricular systolic function, mitral regurgitation, pulmonary stenosis, most probably these are the findings of the new born baby. Indipendent of the age, it is the congenital mitral stenosis, with aortic regurgitation, and heart failure. No foramen ovale means no hole in the inter atrial septum. Advise to take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods,if the patient is an adult, to prevent complications. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.
