Have A Painless Sore In Pubic Region Which Is Healing. Can It Be Due To Folliculitis Or Herpes?

I have a sore in my pubic region that's lasted for 6 days now and is beginning to heal. It didn't present with much pain though I noticed that it surfaced where a lot of friction occurs. The sore itself is like a crater, turns white when i shower, and is relatively painless. I'm wondering if this is a result of folliculitis, or something more concerning like a herpes or chancre.

Thank for asking to HCM
This does not seems folliculitis, but may be some fungal infection, that can best be treated with the antifungal ointment or with broad spectrum ointment and the best drug would be "Povidon oint. " try this it will be alright with this have nice day.
