Have A Partially Perforated Ear. Pain In The Ear, Headache And Ringing In The Ear. Is This Normal?

I have a partially perforated right ear, and am still waiting for my ear drum to fully burst. I have noticed that the pain has gone to a dull constant pain but I've got a headache on the right side that doesn't seem to go away along with constant ringing in my ear and alot of pressure, I'm just wondering if this is normal?

Dear,
As per the history you have given and the clinical findings you may be suffering with acute suppurative Otitis media. you need take to take oral antibiotic and antihistaminics and nasal decongestants for one week. as precautions you need to keep the ear dry.
But still I would suggest you to consult the Specialist if you don’t get relief as on examination the findings may be different and line of treatment may have to be changed. Please don’t hesitate to consult and ask for any more query. i will be pleased to answer.
Yours sincerely
