Have A Swollen Ball Under Armpit. Big And Painful. On Agumentin. Pain Has Increased. Treatment?
I noticed a swollen ball like gland under my right armpit, even though I could feel it on the other armpit, but the one in my right armpit is a little bit bigger & painful. I`ve been to the doctor & she prescribe agumentin 500mg, but I seems to be having fever even worst than before I started the dose. I have a blood test to do next week.

Hi swollen ball in the armpit can be swollen lymph nodes or furuncles or hydradenitis suppuritiva.it can be cured by augumentin thrice daily .anti inflammatory agent twice daily and application of mupirocin ointment twice daily can cure condition.if no response do incision and drainage and get it cured
