Have Abdomen Pain, Nausea, Headache And Cramps. Have Delay In Periods Also. Is This Pregnancy?

My wife's last period ended March 9th and she has not been spotting but has been nauseous,headaches,cramps every once in a while, eating a lot, and now experiencing lower abdomen pain on her 83rd day of not being on her period. Took a test and it came back negative around the 50th day. This will be our first child and a little about what to do at this point.

Hi,
Thanks for your query.
You should consult a gynecologist to rule out pregnancy and other causes of delayed period and get your ultrasonography done.
These symptoms may be because of pregnancy or because of hormonal changes also,chances of negative blood test in early pregnancy is possible and urine test may also be negative sometimes.
