Have Abdominal, Back Pains. Have Vaginal Bleeding, Bloating Feeling. Low Blood Sugar. On Depo Provera. Sexually Active. Treatment?

Hello, for 4 months now I have been experiencing lower abdominal pains. Along with lower abdominal pains I have had
- increased vaginal bleeding lasting over a month
- lower back pains
- stomach feels like it is popping and makes loud sounds
- low blood sugar (tested once)

I need to know what I could possibly have.

I am 17 and have been on depo provera birthcontrol for 9 months and have been sexually active for 2 months.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, it appears that you have fibroids, P.C.O.S., anemia, or pelvic infection, or urinary tract infection.
I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnocis and treatment. You may need to have U.S.scanning for diagnosis. Thank you.
