Have Aching Legs, Back Pain, Pain In Pelvis. Have Regular Periods. What Could Be Wrong?

Hi, just before my period I had 5 days of extreme aching legs and lower back pain . Had my period which mostly consisted of like a dark discharge period is now over but I've been getting severe sharp pains in my pelvis area on the right side for the last 4 days I'm urinating a lot and feel slightly nauseated but the pain is now just relatively dull but still there...no sore boobs either typically like pregnancy...what could be wrong?

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
From your history it seems that you might have some infection in your Genito-urinary tract giving rise to this problem.
Go for routine urine check up for urinary tract infection.
Consult Gynaec and get examined.
Ultra sound may give some clue regarding your problem.
After investigations go for treatment accordingly.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and bye.
