First stop using Dove soap. Start using Cetaphil fash wash.This will control the oil secretion on the skin.
You can continue using Faceclin A gel for 1 hour each time twice a day, in morning & evening.
Drink more water, have more of fresh fruits & vegetables.
Avoid fried food items. Be physically active.
Take proper 8 hours sleep.
As soon as you notice that you are getting an acne apply ice on the acne spot for 5-10 minutes, this will decrease the redness & pain due to acne.
