Have Acute Headaches When Trying To Sleep. Sleep Disorders Leads To Concentration Problems. MRI, CT Scan Done. Suggestions?

Im a 65 year old male, from last 6-7 years im suffering from acute headache, which mostly occurs when i try to sleep. I am a very active person but because of this acute pain i am not able to sleep, so the mornings are hard for me, i am not able to concentrate, memorise and headache makes me insane.
At times i feel like something is moving in my head, what i have been observing since a long time is, it is like some type of virus, when i am active and awake like in afternoon and evening, there is no headache, headache comes with sleep, as that virus may not get the feed so it bites and its like needle piercing in my head. If i take something sweet, the pain aggravates.
My hands and legs too shiver to some extent. Got my blood tested, ctscan, MRI done but they are normal. Im getting mad. Kindly help me and diagnose what this can be, till now im not able to get any help ..
