Have Addiction To Taking Alcohol, Opium, Marijuana Or Any Drug That Gives Pleasure. Cure?

hi i am 24 year, old and am not addicted to any particular drug , whole day i dont feel lyk having any drug , but at evening i dont knw wat happend to me , i drink alchohal and i take it in a huge quantity , or i'll take opium, mrijuana , any thing which gives me pleasure ,,. , i tried it many tym not to take any thing but at last i dont hav control and i take it ,,, sum times i quit evry thing for 3 month .. , i dont knw wats wrong with me . any suggestions>??

Welcome to HCM

You are young and are fortunately not addicted with any particular drug. You usually take any drug like alcohol, opium or marijuana in evening and also remain drug free for months. But the drugs are addicting and one day you will be in trouble if you will not stop experimenting with them. Motivation is first step in any de addiction program. Increase your self belief and motivation. Try to spend time in constructive activities and in relaxation exercises. Try to avoid cues that ultimately lead to drug dealer. Change the attitude toward drug. If you are not able to control the drug behavior then visit a Psychologist for opinion.
