69yr with two toes amputation living in a dimly, musty smell apartment all cluttered in a second story building with temperature 60 degree on the thermostat, cold draft can feel around the large window in the room. what are the safety hazard in this apartment and identify intervention that will improve client living conditon.

Good natural ventilation and cross ventilation with help in keeping the apartment cool.
Prevent still air.
The floor Vs window area ratio should be 1/3rd of the floor area.
